TrackMyAura is a wellness tracking application designed to help you build healthy habits, track your mood, and improve your daily well-being.

3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed through PayPal on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Free trial — 7-day free trial for all new Premium subscribers, no credit card required
- Cancellation — Cancel anytime from Settings; you keep access until the end of your billing period
- Refunds — Handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TrackMyAura are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your personal data and any content you create within the app, including journal entries, mood logs, and habit data.
6. Community Guidelines
Users of the community feature must be respectful and supportive. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines, including:
- Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
- Spam, self-promotion, or misleading content
- Content that is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate
7. Limitation of Liability
TrackMyAura is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
